4、协助*临时暂住证 Support on making the temporary residence permit
5、安排搬家车辆及纸箱 Support about the moving van and boxes
6、安排设置无线上网 Setup wireless router
7、协助日语、英语电视的* English and Japanese speaking satellite TV installation
8、代为缴纳电、煤气、水、网络、电话费 Support on utilities payment: electricity, gas, *ter, internet and telephone fee
9、安排室内设备的修理等 Indoor equipment maintenance
10、租约到期后,代为*退房手续、协助保证金的退还、能源费的清算 Check out, deposit refund and utilities settlement
